This is a community-based organization (CBO) in Zombo District,Uganda. The organization was founded by Richard Mugumba and Liberty Azunga who are both passionate in supporting struggling orphans and less privileged children as they grow while experiencing the challenges of life.The majority drop out of school at an early age and have no access to basic health services. There are many children in Zombo who are being taken care of by single young mothers,others are abandoned and end up growing up with extended family while others have lost all their parents with the majority having no proper guardians to take care of them. The organization started in 2022 with 7 children, 3 boys and 4 girls who are supported by the organization

What We Do

Capacity building and advocacy of Sigle parents and or guardians of orphaned children

Counseling and guidance of the children

Resource mobilization for running the association.

Child protection from the community and the guardians.

Co- curriculum activities to the orphaned children.

Primary health education (Hygiene and nutrition).

Home visits and school visit.

HEPHZIBAH CHILDREN HOME is registered and licensed by the Government of Uganda as a community-based organization (CBO) in ZOMBO District with the approval to conduct the programs and activities in ZOMBO District.
